"Groups or Parties? The Future of Party Politics",
"Integration vs Differences -Young People Traveling Between the Two Regions ".

Seminars were hosted by Convenor Mr. Henry Ho, Council Member Mr. Terence Lin and Mr. Wesley Chiu. This is the first time that young Mainland scholars and cross-party young politicians from Hong Kong exchanged ideas on the same stage. The event received extensive media attention and coverage.
Henry Ho, convener of the One Country Two Systems Youth Forum, addressed that the Mainland scholars in the think tank are young people having a good grasp of the pulse of society and are academically outstanding. They come from top institutions in the Mainland, and have been engaged in local research for many years. Many have published books in Hong Kong, or studied their PhDs in Hong Kong. Hong Kong members are young leaders from political parties, professionals with fairly successful career development in the Mainland, senior middle school teachers, and post-90s college students.

He hopes that the council will be strengthened, and members' views will be more actively expressed. The forthcoming study entitled " Research on Issues of Studying and Working of Hong Kong People in the Mainland” will collect the views of Hong Kong people in the Mainland through questionnaires, focus groups and in-depth interviews to understand their needs, and to make recommendations.
