
Dr Henry Ho Kin-chung
Founder and Chairman of One Country Two Systems Youth Forum
Henry Ho Kin-chung is the Founder and Chairman of One Country Two Systems Youth Forum. He obtained Doctor of Laws from Peking University, and two Master degrees from London School of Economics and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He has ample experience in local think-tanks as well as the HKSAR Government. He was former Political Assistant to the Secretary for Development, full-time researcher and part-time member of the Central Policy Unit, and the Assistant Director of Hong Kong Policy Research Institute. He is currently a member of the Basic Law Promotion Steering Committee, and the Council Member of the Chinese Association of Hong Kong and Macao Studies. His major research interests include “One Country, Two Systems” and Basic Law, Greater Bay Area, Principal Officials Accountability System and political talents, and youth issues. He has been active in local and national media including Radio Television Hong Kong and China Global Television Network.

Gordon LAM is the Vice Chairman of One Country Two Systems Youth Forum. He is an Adjunct Professor with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST)’s School of Business and Management, the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen)’s School of Management & Economics, China Renmin University’s Business School in Beijing, and Zhejiang University’s School of Management in Hangzhou. He is also the Co-Director of Center for Innovation, Design & Entrepreneurship of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen).
