At this critical moment, One Country Two Systems (OCTS) Youth Forum has published a new book “A Debate of Two Systems”. The book is recommended by Chief Secretary for Administration, HKSARG, Mr. Matthew CHEUNG Kin-chung, Convernor of Executive Council, HKSARG, Mr. Bernard Charnwut CHAN, and Former Under Secretary for Environment, HKSARG, Professor Christine LOH.
